Steven Karl Graf of Janesville, WI passed away at his home on November 13, 2025 at the age of 70 following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Janesville on December 20, 1954, the son of Richard C. Graf and Margaret M. White. He grew up in Janesville and was a graduate of Parker High School. Steve was a U. S. Marine Corp veteran. He married Lori Jean Olson on April 26, 1980.
Steve was employed for many years as a construction laborer. He enjoyed fishing, music, playing the harmonica, his rock and gem-stone collection and making wine. Steve will be remembered for being a very social person who loved everybody and in return was loved by all. He especially loved being the Captain of his pontoon boat on Lake Koshkonong.
Steve Graf is survived by his wife, Lori Graf; sons, Daniel Graf and Evan (Jeannette) Graf; siblings, Deborah White, Beth (John Ludwig) Graf, Erick (Rhonda) Graf, Matthew (Alma) Graf, Mary (Ramiro) Graf Hernandez, Sarah (Jim) Schwab, Peter (Rhonda) Graf, Charity (Joe) Sebelin; mother-in-law Jean (Dale) Olson-Bills; in-laws, Rick Olson, Linda (Jerry) Terrones, Randy (Debbie) Olson, Diane (Chris) Gall; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; very special and dear friends Scott and Jan Thomas. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law Dick Olson.
No visitation or service will be held at this time. A private celebration of Steve’s life will be held at a later date. The Graf family is being assisted by HENKE-CLARSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY. Online condolences may be sent to www.henkeclarson.com.
