Michael H. "Mike" Morrill

Michael H. “Mike” Morrill of Janesville, WI passed away at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital, Madison on August 10, 2026, following a short illness. He was 77. Mike was born in Milwaukee, WI on November 12, 1948, the son of Clayton and Pearl. He grew up in Milwaukee. Mike and Katie were married on September 15, 2001. Prior to retiring, Michael was employed in the construction field as a concrete pumper for many years. A Janesville resident for the past 4 years, he and Katie moved here from Jefferson, WI. Mike enjoyed driving his Camaro on the short track at the Great Lakes Dragaway in Union Grove. Mike also enjoyed taking his Nova to car shows. In the past he was an avid hunter. Mike will be remembered for the joy he received from helping others, whether they were someone he knew or a stranger, he was always available to help anyone.

Mike Morrill’s survivors include his wife, Katie Morrill; sons, Mike (Brooke) Morrill and Mark Morrill; stepchildren, Dennis (Wendy Bressler) Molinski and Monica (Michael) Maniaci; grandchildren Connor and Brynn Morrill, Sophie and Stella Maniaci; brothers, Gary (Mary) Morrill and Bob Morrill. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Rusty Morrill.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 11, 2026, at HENKE-CLARSON FUNERAL HOME, 1010 N. Wright Road, Janesville. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. September 11th at the funeral home.
