Harry D. Jones

Harry D. Jones, 72 of Janesville, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at his home. He was born on May 10, 1953, the son of Donald and Barbara (Powell) Jones.

He graduated from Whitewater High School. Harry was employed by Sheet Metal Workers Local 416 and Sam’s Club. He was a Past Master of the Janesville Masonic Blue Lodge, member of the Zor Shrine and numerous other Masonic Orders. Harry enjoyed camping, playing cards, casinos and being with his family and his dogs.

Harry’s family includes his husband, Justin Jones; former wife Susan Jones of Janesville; three children, Katie Jones of Janesville, Laurie (Alex) Dolgner of Janesville, and Melissa (Vicente) Jones-Martinez of Janesville; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a brother, Alyn (Debra) Jones of Whitewater; a sister Debra (Craig) Edmundson of Stevens Point; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his husband and parents.
