George W. Moore

George W. Moore, 90, of Live Oak, Fl., passed away at home on October 2, 2026 after a short illness. He was born November 25, 1935 on his Grandparents farm near Brodhead, Wis. He grew up in Janesville, Wis. The oldest of three children and graduated from Janesville High School in 1954. He married is high school sweetheart Mary Ann Reents and together they had two children, Debra and Stephen. In 1976 they relocated to Florida where they had enjoyed vacationing for many years. Tragically, Mary Ann passed away of cancer at the young age of fifty-two. In 2004 he met and married Carol Cicalese. Along with her, he is survived by his daughter Debra Charles in Wisconsin and granddaughter Brittany and great granddaughter Rowan in Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Evelyn Moore, son, Stephen, sister, Joan Bleisch, brother-in-law, Duane Bleisch, and son-in-law Daniel Thorp.

There will be no service in Wisconsin.
